INSTALLATION:

Using OpenIV, navigate to
GTA V/(mods)/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one

and drop the files there.

For the framed shirts, path is:
GTA V/(mods)/x64h.rpf/levels/gta5/interiors/v_int_24.rpf

Remember to make backups in case you want to uninstall this mod,
or just use a mod folder so you always have your base game files.
